Karen Reynolds Gramenz - Karen Gramenz received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1973. She was a certified legal assistant for many years specializing in product-liability claims, particularly Dalkon Shields and L-Tryptophan. In 1998, she was graduated with honors from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, and began practicing personal-injury law in Palm Beach County.
Karen is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and is Vice-Chair of the Special Needs of Children Committee. She is a member of The Florida Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the International Alliance of Holistic Lawyers, and the American Civil Liberties Union.
Karen is also active in her community and believes in "giving back." She is the past President of the Auxiliary for the Lantana/Lake Worth Unit of the Palm Beach County Health Department and received the 2003 C. L. Brumbach, M. D., M.P.H., Volunteer Service Award from the Palm Beach County Health Department/Florida Department of Health. She is Treasurer, Scholarship Chair, and Communications Chair of Greenacres Rotary and was Rotarian of the Year in 2004.
Finally, through her participation with the Special Needs of Children Committee, she became the Palm Beach County Registered Director for Rainbows, an international not-for-profit organization founded with the mission to help children and teens cope with the emotional pain of family transition and loss.
